Meet the Pastor

Ricardo Inniss served faithfully in the United States Army for eight years.  He spent several years in Germany and then moved to Colorado Springs, CO.  It was in Colorado Springs that Ricardo became even more committed and focused on the call to service.

After leaving the military in 1997, Ricardo felt the calling to pastoral-ship from the Lord.  He was release from Grace Fellowship by Pastor Mark Cowart and started ministry under Pentecostal Evangelistic Outreach Ministries, International.  Ricardo moved his family back to New York and served within PEO Ministries, teaching and preaching the Word of God.
While in New York, Ricardo attended Universal Theological School and graduated in 1999 with his Pastoral Degree.  After graduation, the Lord called him to Maryland where he became Senior Pastor of Zoe Outreach Ministries.  He served Zoe Outreach Ministries for six years and then went back to school for his Masters of Divinity with an emphasis in Counseling at Capital Seminary and Graduate School.  After a long break, he resumed his calling as Senior Pastor of Zoe Outreach Ministries in 2014 with a renewed vision that clearly promotes discipleship and Kingdom living.
Pastor Ricardo Inniss has a great commitment to Christ and meeting the needs of those he shepherds.  His goal is to stand in a place where he can direct men and women to acknowledge Jesus Christ as their Lord.  So often men and women lose focus on whom God is within their life.  At Zoe, we emphasize relationship, fellowship, and commitment to God.  This is carried out through practical bible teachings, prophetic words from God, and encouragement towards a daily prayer life.
Pastor Ricardo is married to Pastor Ann Inniss and has two beautiful children, Alyse and Ricardo Jr.
